1 dozen eggs, hard boiled and shelled
2 1/2 cups white vinegar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pickling spice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring last 5 ingredients to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.

Cool brine.

Strain cooled brine over eggs.

In winter eggs can sit on counter or cool place . Ready in 3 days.
In summer keep in refrigerator.
