1 pt. milk
2 heaping tbsp. flour dissolved in the above milk to avoid lumps
salt pork

Directions:

Fry thin slices of salt pork on both sides. Make a batter from the ingredients and add the salt pork to the mixture. Bake until the omelet is cooked to your satisfaction.
