1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP SALT
2.5 CUPS FLOUR

CHILL DOUGH 3 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT

ROLL OUT 1/4 INCH THICK
MAKE CUT OUTS

BAKE 375º 4-7 MIN


FROSTING:
XXX SUGAR
1/2 STICK BUTTER
1 TSP VANILLA
1 BOX CREAM CHEESE
