CREAM TOGETHER:
1 CUP SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA
1/2 CUP CRISCO

MIX TOGETHER:
1 CAN (15-16OZ) PUMPKIN
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 EGG

SIFT:
2 CUPS FLOUR
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP SALT
2 TSP CINNAMON

FROSTING:
1 CUP BUTTER
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
BRING TO A SLOW BOIL. UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED AND IS THICKENED.
ADD TO FROSTING:
1/4 CUP MILK
1/2 TSP VANILLA
THEN ADD POWDERED SUGAR UNTIL DESIRED THICKNESS IS ACHIEVED.

AFTER COMBINING THE FIRST 2 MIXTURES, GRADUALLY ADD SIFTED ITEMS INTO MIXTURE.

DROP BY SPOONFULS ON A LIGHTLY GREASED COOKIE SHEET. (WALNUT SIZE) USE THE BACK OF SPOON TO SMOOTH OUT THE TOP OF THE COOKIE
*HELPS WITH FROSTING THEM LATER*

BAKE AT 375º
