2 CUPS SUGAR
2 EGGS
2 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP SALT
2 SMALL CANS MANDARIN ORANGES

FROSTING:
HALF BLOCK CREAM CHEESE
1/4 CUP BUTTER
1.5 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
2 TSP VANILLA

Directions:
DRAIN JUICE OFF 1 CAN OF ORANGES, USE JUICE OF 2ND CAN.

BEAT ALL INGREDIENTS WITH MIXER UNTIL WELL BLENDED.

BAKE 9X13 PAN 350º FOR 30 MINUTES COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE FROSTING.
