4 Ounces Bakers Chocolate
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 Large Avocados (1 Cup pureed)
2 Teaspoons Liquid Stevia
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
3 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
6 Tablespoons Cream Cheese

Directions:

Let the cream cheese soften before prep.
Melt coconut oil and bakers chocolate together.
Puree avocados until no lumps are present, transfer them to a mixing bowl.
Fold the melted chocolate/oil mix into the avocados.
Using an electric mixer add the other ingredients blending as you go. Blend until smooth.
Grease an 8x8 Pan and pour the batter in.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Let cool for 20 minutes then cut and serve.

So these brownies are definitely a different flavor. Its geared for a more low-carb approach (as most of my recipes are) and it can definitely take some getting used to. I have been known to add peanut butter to the brownies (either powdered to the mix directly or as a dollup after baking) to improve the flavor as well. Friends who have tried it prefer these with ice cream as well.
