"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
So these brownies are definitely a different flavor. Its geared for a more low-carb approach (as most of my recipes are) and it can definitely take some getting used to. I have been known to add peanut butter to the brownies (either powdered to the mix directly or as a dollup after baking) to improve the flavor as well. Friends who have tried it prefer these with ice cream as well.
