4 LARGE GREEN BELL PEPPERS
1 LB GROUND BEEF OR TURKEY
1 TBS CHOPPED ONION
1 CUP COOKED RICE
1 TSP SALT
1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE (15OZ)
1/8 TSP GARLIC SALT
1.5 CUP SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE

PREHEAT OVEN 350º

CUT A CIRCLE AROUND THE TOP OF OF THE PEPPERS AND REMOVE.
CUT OUT SEEDS AND MEMBRANES
COOK IN BOILING WATER FOR 5 MIN. DRAIN
BROWN BURGER OR TURKEY UNTIL COOKED AND IN ONION
DRAIN AND RETURN TO SKILLET
MIX IN 1/3 CUP OF CHEESE
ADD THE RICE, SALT AND 1 CUP OF TOMATO SAUCE.
COOK UNTIL HOT

SPOON THE MIXTURE INTO THE PEPPERS
STAND UPRIGHT IN A SMALL BAKING DISH (8X8 WORKS BEST)
POUR THE REMAINING SAUCE OVER THE TOP OF TOPS OF THE PEPPERS.
COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES

UNCOVER AND SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING CHEESE
BAKE UNTIL CHEESE IN MELTED
