Ingredients: • 1 lb hamburger meat • 1 medium onion, chopped • 1 medium green pepper, chopped • 5 cloves fresh garlic, chopped • 4 regular stalks celery • 8 diced mushrooms • Garlic powder – A LOT • Salt and pepper – A LOT • 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (your choice) • Parmesan cheese • Spaghetti noodles

Directions:Hamburger sauce 1. Brown hamburger meat in skillet at medium heat. 2. Drain grease from meat and add salt and pepper. 3. In another pan, add 1 T olive oil and heat pan. 4. Cook chopped veggies until semi-soft. 5. Add meat to veggie mixture. 5. Sprinkle on garlic powder, more salt and pepper. Stir. 6. Add full jar of spaghetti sauce. 7. Stir; cook on low temp. 8. Top spaghetti with parmesan cheese |

Notes: If using zucchini instead of noodles to save carbs: Use spiralizer to make spaghetti noodles out of 4 zucchinis. Pat with paper towels to dry. Sprinkle salt on noodles to bring out the water. Pat dry again with paper towels. Cook zucchini in skillet until soft and cooked.
