• 1 lb hamburger
• Ό cup A1 sauce
• Ό cup Heinz 57 sauce
• Ό cup Worcestershire sauce
• Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sauces together in bowl.
2. Gently form meat into hamburger patties; add salt and pepper on top.
3. Put hamburger patties on skillet or grill.
4. Brush sauce on top of the beef patties.
5. Flip over when cooked half through, and brush on sauce on the other side of the patties.
6. Add lid to ensure meat is cooked through inside (no bloody liquids or pink meat).
7. When meat is done, add cheese on top.
8. Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.

* When forming patties, do not handle too much because this changes the texture of the hamburger and makes it more tough.
** Only flip the hamburger ONE time. Make sure it’s cooking through on one side before flipping it. Continual flipping dries the burger out.
*** Do NOT mash down patties with a spatula when cooking. That drains all the moistness out of the hamburger and makes it dry.
