1 lb. cauliflower, roughly chopped
14 oz. canned tuna drained
1 green onion sliced
pinch cracked pepper
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 420°F.

Place cauliflower in steamer for 4 minutes to cook through.

Place the tuna, green onion, pepper, yogurt, and cottage cheese into a bowl and mix together. Add steamed cauliflower, then place all into a baking dish. Top with the cheese and bake for 12 minutes until done.
