2 T. low-fat sesame ginger dressing (I use Newman's Own)
1/3 c. mandarin orange segments packed in juice (not drained)
1/4 c. canned sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 T. chopped scallions
1/4 oz. (about 1 T.) sliced almonds
4 oz. skinless chicken breast, cooked and chopped
2 1/2 c. romaine lettuce, chopped

Directions:

In a wide mouth, quart-size mason jar, combine dressing, water chestnuts and orange segments. Top with scallions, almonds, chicken and lettuce. Cover and refrigerate. When you are ready to eat give the jar a shake, and flip contents into a medium-large bowl or eat it right from the jar.
