4 6 oz. salmon filets
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 lemons, thinly sliced
3 green onions, sliced
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
4 splashes of white wine (wine you would drink, not cooking wine)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place each salmon filet on a separate sheet of aluminum foil approximately 8X8 square. Season each filet with salt and pepper, place 2 lemon slices and 4 garlic slices on each filet. Drizzle each with olive oil and finish with a splash of wine.

Wrap with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Allow fish to cool for 1 minute after removing from oven, unwrap and serve with brown rice or roasted potatoes.
