Banana Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

1 c brown sugar
2/3 c margarine
4 oz egg substitute
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c oatmeal
2 c flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

Sift flour, soda and baking powder together.
Cream together sugar and margarine, add eggs, vanilla and banana.
Mix well.
Add oatmeal to flour mixture. Add this to the banana mixture.
Drop by teaspoonful on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven, 350 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes
Make about 3 dozen cookies.
