2 cups diced chicken, cooked
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese and chips, in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon chicken mixture into a lightly greased, shallow two quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese and top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
