4 cups whole wheat cereal squares or 2 cups rice cereal squares
2 cups small pretzel twists or goldfish shaped pretzels
1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple juice or water
2 tsp vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 250F.
2. Combine cereal, pretzels and peanuts in large bowl; set aside.
3. Combine peanut butter, honey and apple juice in a small microwaveable bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until hot. Stir in vanilla.
4. Drizzle peanut butter mixture evenly over cereal mixture; toss lightly to evenly coat. Place mixture in a single layer ungreased 15x10-inch jelly-roll pan; coat lightly with cooking spray.
5. Bake 8 mins; stir. Continute baking 8 to 9 mins or until golden brown. Remove from oven.
6. Spread mixture in single layer on large sheet of foil to cool.
