1 1/2 pints blackberries
2 tbsp. blackberry brandy
2 tbsp. orange juice
3 tbsp. honey, preferably berry-blossom honey

Directions:
Directions:
Pick over the berries and reserve 1 cup of the smaller berries. Puree the remaining 2 cups berries in a food processer with the brandy, orange juice and honey. Transfer the mixture to a collendar and press the puree through the collendar and discard the seeds.
