2 c. Milk
1 c. Sugar
5 tbsp. Flour
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Vanilla
3 Eggs yolks mixed with a little more milk
Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Mix the sugar, flour, and egg yolks together. Add the Milk and cook over medium heat until thick remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla.

When cooled spoon into puffs just before serving.
