1 cup flour
1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
2 T. milk
2 cups oats
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, soda, salt and spices. Set aside. Combine sugar with butter. Beat in egg and milk. Add flour mixture. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop dough by heaping teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
