2 POUNDS OF FLANK BEEF
2 CUPS OF WATER
1 ONION
4 GARLIC CLOVES CRUSHED
1 TEASPOON OF DRIED OREGANO
SALT AND PEPPER
SAZON SEASONING ( Spanish aisle in food store)


OLIVE OIL TO SAUTÉ ONE CUP OF ONION
4 LARGE GARLIC CLOVES MINCED
1 RED PEPPER SLICED
GREEN OLIVES 1 jar
1 CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE 6 ounces

CUT UP FLANK STEAK AND PUT IN POT, ADD WATER, ONION , GARLIC OREGANO SALT AND PEPPER. BRING TO BOIL THEN LOWER HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 2 HOURS UNTIL BEEF IS TENDER. WHILE MEAT IS WARM SHRED BEEF WITH FORK


HEAT OIL TO COVER BOTTOM OF PAN. ADD ONION, AND PEPPER SAUTÉ UNTI SOFT ABOUT 10 MINUTES
ADD GREEN OLIVES, GARLIC , TOMATO SAUCE AND BEEF STIR AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES
