2 sm. pkgs. orange jello
1 1/2 cups hot water
2 1/4 cups apricot nectar
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 T. flour
1 egg
Whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello and hot water. Add 2 1/4 cups apricot nectar, marshmallows. and oranges. Chill until gelled- about 3-4 hours. Cook 2 cups apricot nectar, sugar, flour and egg. Mix with mixer and cook until thick. Cool. Whip 1 carton whipping cream. Mix with cooked mixture. Pour over jello. Refrigerate.
