3 or 4 cans of Sweet Sue BBQ Chicken (or ½ lb pulled BBQ Pork)
1 can whole corn with liquid
1 can cream corn
1 can butter beans with liquid
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans potatoes (cut up)
¼ cup dried minced onion (or substitute chopped onion)
1 can okra (add at end of cooking)
½ cup ketchup
½ - 1 tsp crushed red pepper (or use hot sauce)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook in crock pot or on stove top for several hours. Freezes well.
