2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. milk
slab of butter
1 1/2 c. chicken of turkey
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the milk in a small saucepan and pour over the bread crumbs. Cook at medium heat until the mixture thickens. Add the butter. Place the meat in a meat chopped, add salt, pepper, minced onion, and the beaten egg. Combine with the bread and milk mixture. Make balls in your hand with the size depending upon how large you want your individual croquettes. Roll each ball in cracker crumbs. Melt some butter in a frying pan. Fry the balls in the frying pan until brown.
