2 POUNDS OF FLOUR
1-1/2 TEASPOONS OF BAKING POWDER
1/2 CUP OF SUGAR
2 STICKS OF BUTTER
3 ORANGES( thick skins) ZEST

Directions:
PLACE FLOUR WITH BAKING POWDER AND SUGAR MIXED IN ON CUTTING BOARD OR PASTRY SHEET
MAKE HOLE IN THE MIDDLE
PLACE EGGS ( one at a time) IN THE MIDDLE ALONG WITH BUTTER WHICH HAS BEEN CUT AND SOFTENED. MIX WITH HANDS UNTIL YOUR HANDS COME OUT CLEAN. IT TAKES A WHILE . ADD ORANGE ZEST AND VANILLA (if you want) UNTIL BLENDED IN.
TAKE SMALL PIECE AND ROLL WITH ROLLING PAN UNTIL THIN, SLICE INTO STRIPES.
HEAT VEGETABLE OIL AND FRY TILL GOLDEN, DRAIN THEN COOL.

HEAT 2 CUPS OF HONEY WITH A TEASPOON OF SUGAR IN A POT ADD COOKED STRUFFOLI UNTIL COVERED . SMALL AMOUNTS AT A TIME. REPEAT AS NEEDED NEEDED
