6 cups finely chopped rhubarb
4 cups sugar
2 cups chopped strawberries
1 3oz. Strawberry jello

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in large pot the rhubarb and sugar.
Let stand for 20 minutes.
Bring to boil. Boil uncovered 10 minutes, stirring often. Add berries.
Boil 5-6 minutes until thick. Add jello. Stir until devolved. Let cool.

Ladle into containers leaving at least 1/2" head room. Freeze or store up to 3 weeks in frig.
