2 TABLESPOONS GRATED GARLIC
2 TABLESPOON FRESH GINGER
1-1/2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR
1/2 TABLESPOONS OF PEPPER
4 PIECES OF SALMON
4 SLICES OF UNSWEETENED PINEAPPLE

IIN SAUCE PAN COMBINE COMBINE 1ST 5 INGREDIENTS . COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES
PLACE SALMON IN OVEN SAFE DISH, SOAK BOTH SIDES WITH MIXTURE THEN SPRINKLE PEPPER ON TOP
BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES UNTIL FISH IS FLAKY
WHEN COOKED PLACE ON PLATE THEN GARNISH WITH PINEAPPLE

OVEN TEMPERATURE 375 degrees
