3 slices bread
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
2 eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Directions:

Soak bread in milk. Mix ground beef and sausage. Beat eggs well and add to meat. Saute onion in butter and add to meat. Squeeze milk out of bread; tear into small pieces and add to meat. Add last 6 ingredients. Shape into 1 1/2" balls. May be browned in butter or placed in small cupcake pans (1 in each hole). Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. **Serve with your favorite marinara sauce or make meatball subs with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese**. Hollow out subs to add meatballs and cheese. Wrap each sub in foil and bake at 375º for 5 - 10 minutes.
