2 cups flour
2 cups large flake oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup butter or stick margarine
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry in large bowl. Rub in butter to form crumble. Slowly add cold water mixing with a fork until you can form a dough. Do not add too much water.
Place on floured surface and press out with your hands. Sprinkle with some more large flake oats and roll out to 1/4-1/2 inch. Cut into 2 1/2" squares and then into triangles.
Place on large baking sheet covered in parchment paper and bake at 375 for 13-17 minutes or until golden.
