5 or 6 lbs. pork baby back ribs
3 c. ketchup
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. dry onion flakes
2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ribs in broiler to reduce fat. Cook remaining ingredients together for 15 minutes to make sauce. Place ribs in shallow roasting pan. Cover with sauce; cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hrs or until tender at 325.
