1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 16 oz. can pork and beans
1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
3/4 c. barbecue sauce or ketchup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375º. Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in salt, beans, brown sugar, onion and sauce. Heat until bubbles. Pour into 2 qt. casserole. Cut biscuits in half to form 20 half circles. Place cut side down around edge. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until biscuits are golden beans.
