12-16oz pkg bacon
1 tbsp flour
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 medium sweet onion diced
8-10 medium potatoes cooked, peeled, and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp. Add flour to bacon and drippings. Stir over low heat until bubbly. Add remaining ingredients (except potatoes) and cook over low heat until well blended. Pour warm dressing over potatoes and toss gently. Serve warm or can be refrigerated and served cold.
