12 oz bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine chocolate chips and cream. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth.

Remover from microwave, cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to chill for 2 hours until mixture is firm.

Take out of refrigerator and spoon out with 3 tablespoon ice cream scoop to make 2 inch balls. Wrap each individually in plastic wrap and store in plastic bag. Store in refrigerator up to 5 days or the freezer for 2 weeks.

To make hot chocolate; pour 1 cup any milk in a mug and add 1 ball (unwrapped) and microwave until smooth stirring occasionally until smooth, approximately 2 minutes.
