Ingredients:  
Equal amounts of red potato and sweet potato
4 Tablespoons of lemon juice or cider vinegar (More if you like)
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
cilantro to taste
1/2 chopped fine celery
1-2 teaspoons turmeric
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in separate pans till medium tender. Drain and cool
While cooling add lemon
Mix in celery, turmeric, cilantro
Add sour cream and mayo. You may want to mix together before adding and don't make the salad too moist. Depending on number of potatoes you can add more
Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Let sit in refregator at least 4 hours

I love the cilantro in this but if you don't like cilantro you can do parsley.
