1/2 c butter
2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
4 T cocoa
1/2 c creamy peanut butter 9or chunky but it seems to make a more crumbly dry cookie)
2 t vanilla
3-3 1/2 c dry quick-cooking oats(Not old fashioned oats)

Directions:
Directions:
Add the first 4 ingredients into a 4-quart sauce pan.
Bring to a rolling boil no more than 30 to 40 seconds otherwise cookies will be DRY
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter into the hot mixture and stir until melted.
Add vanilla
Mix in the oats and drop by Tablespoons onto wax paper.
Let cool until set
