Stuffed Pizza Puffs Recipe

1 c flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder and salt
3/4 c Milk
1 egg
1/2 c whipped cream cheese
1/12 c Kraft shredded cheese - your choice of flavor
5 oz cooked crumbled pork sausage
1 c diced pepperoni - or 1/2 if you prefer less
1 c prepared pizza sauce
Optional: finely diced green onion, peppers, ham or your choice

Preheat oven to 375
Whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder and salt in large bowl.
Whisk in milk and 1 lightly beaten egg.
Stir in cheese, sausage and pepperoni along with remaining ingredients.
Let batter stand for 10 minutes and stir until well blended.
Spray 24 mini muffin pans or regular size pans.
Spoon batter into muffin pans.
Bake 13-18 minutes or until puffed and golden. (Length will depend on size).
Sprinkle a bit of cheese last few minutes of baking if desired. Serve with warm pizza sauce,
