1 lb mild sausage
1 lb hot sausage
1 med onion - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
1 lb Velveeta Cheese or 1 lb Colby or sharp Cheddar cheese - chopped fine or shredded
pinch of oregano
pinch of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and pepper, then add sausages. Brown and drain. Add cheese, oregano and pepper.
Cook just enough to melt cheese; stir together. Spread on bread. Will make enough for 4-5 loaves of cocktail bread - Rye or Pumpernickel. Can be frozen and reheated in the microwave.
