10 cups cubed bread (I like to use cinnamon swirl bread)
1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 large eggs
1.5 cups milk
2/3 cup half and half
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbl confectioner sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in 9x13 casserole dish.
Mix remaining ingredients (except confectioner sugar); pour over bread
Refrigerate overnight
Bake for 50 minutes - 375º
Sprinkle with confectioner sugar; serve with maple syrup on the side
