1 lb. Ground Beef/Turkey
1 Head Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
1 Lg Bottle Catalina Dressing
1 Bag Shredded Cheddar (or Taco) Cheese
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
1 Sm. Bag of Doritos Nacho Tortilla Chips, crushed
2 Tomatoes, diced
1 Can Sliced Black Olives
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare taco meat using directions on Taco Seasoning packet.
Combine the meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and olives in a large bowl. Mix in Catalina dressing. Note: Use one bottle of dressing first, and add more if necessary. The dressing should be mixed in and this should be a pretty "wet" salad. I would suggest about a bottle and a half, but of course, it is to your liking...
Mix in the Doritos last (they tend to get soggy) and enjoy!

This is such a great picnic salad, usually a big hit...I got this recipe from my aunt who is REQUIRED to bring it to all family functions!!! YUM!
