6 to 8 carrots
2tbsp butter
1/2c brown sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4c sherry
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Peel carrots and cut them length wise in half.
combine butter, brown sugar, salt,nutmeg and sherry in a sauce pan heat to simmering and pour over carrots in baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350º for 40 to 50 min or until tender.
