1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 c chopped onion
1 tsp garlic minced
1 c honey
1 c ketchup
1 c red vinegar
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano leaves
1/2 tsp thyme leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in 10" skillet; add onion and garlic. Cook until translucent. Add remaining ingredients, combined. Heat until bubbling. Cook 5 minutes. Sauce improves if let to set overnight. Heat sauce and then add meatballs and simmer till meatballs heat through. Enough sauce for 4 lbs of meatballs
