1 shallot minced fine
1/2 tsp tarragon
2 tbsp butter
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp white wine
1/2 c american shredded cheese
1/2 c corn flakes
1 1/2 lb fresh broccoli cooked or 3 bags frozen

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shallots in butter until transparent, add soup, mayonnaise,tarragon, cheese, lemon juice, and wine, mix wetland warm slightly. Pour over cooked broccoli, sprinkle with corn flakes. Bake at 350 for 35 min
