4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 stick of butter, melted in a bowl
1-1 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs (can use any flavor you like or can crumble up crackers like Ritz, etc. for crumbs)
1/2 pound Jack Cheese or Pepperjack (or any other cheese you like) cut into 1/2" X 3" chunks

Directions:

If chicken is not already in fillets, pound to about 1/4" thickness.

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Melt butter in one bowl
Place bread crumbs in separate bowl

Place cheese chunk in pounded chicken breast, roll up. Dip first in butter, then roll in bread crumbs. Place in glass pyrex 8X8 inch pan.

When all breasts are in the pan, pour any remaining butter over chicken, sprinkle top of chicken with granulated garlic, and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
