1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes, chopped
1 large can Ranch Style beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
salt and pepper to taste
corn tortillas
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add onions and sauté; drain.
Add Rotel tomatoes, soup, water, beans salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Butter a 9 x 13 pan.
Put layer of broken tortillas in bottom.
Cover with 1/2 meat mixture.
Add another layer of tortillas and remaining meat.
Top with cheese and bake at 350º until cheese is melted about 30 minutes.
