1 quart milk
12 macaroon cookies
7 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 Tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp.powdered chocolate
3 drops almond extract
1 dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak macaroons in milk. In a bowl, beat the other ingredients together until creamy. Stir in the macaroon mixture. Spread 3 tablespoons of sugar in the bottom of a tube pan and caramelize. Add the creamy ingredients on top. Place tube pan in anther pan with about 1/2 inch water on the bottom.. Bake slowly at 325 degrees until firm
