1 1/2 lb zucchine 1 cup chupped onion 4 T. butter 2 eggs 1T salt 1/4t pepper bread crumbs
Wash and dice zucchini. Add chopped onion and bring to a boil with 1 cup of water.simmer till tender and draw well. Add butter, well beaten eggs, salt and pepper. mind shortly. Place in casserole. Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 325 for 30 min
