Into 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole put:
1 Cup polenta flour
3 1/2 C hot water, from tap
2 Tbs. butter
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:

Stir in 1 Cup polenta flour. Continue stirring with fork or whick until all lumps are dissolved.

Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, uncovered. Stir every 20 mins.

Optional: After one hour stir in, until melted, 1/2 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
