1 German chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1 1/2 C. water
1/2 C. Cooking oil
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 small package Kraft Caramels
1 C. pecans chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix the first 4 ingredients and 1/2 can Eagle Brand Milk in electric mixer as you would any cke mix. Pout 1/2 of batter into greased and floured 8x12 inch loaf cake pan. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Melt caramel and remainder of Eagle brand Milk, using either a double broiler or microwave. If using microwave be sure to use a deep bowl, spreead melted mixture over cooked cake Sprinkle genorously with pecans. Pir remaining batter over caramel and pecans. Bake 30 minutes. ( Check with toothpick for coneness.
