1 pkg. chopped spinach, drained and squeezed until liquid is removed
1 pkg. Knorrs vegetable soup mix
1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients. Let set several hours. Serve on crackers
