3 Chicken breast or 1 lb. Steak cut into strips
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
teriyaki sauce
ginger
sesame seed oil
1 chicken or beef bouillon cube
1 cup boiling water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. broccoli, sliced
1 bell pepper sliced into strips
6 green onions diagonally cut
1 c. carrots diagonally cut
1 c. fresh mushrooms sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots
salt

Directions:
Put meat into a bowl and add garlic,soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Marinate meat for at least 30 minutes.
Dissolve bouillon cube in 1 cup boiling water. Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup water. Add cornstarch mixture to the boiling water and set aside.
Place 2 tbsp. oil in wok and heat to 325º
Add vegetables and salt. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender but still crispy. Remove and set aside.
Bring temp in Wok back up to 325º. Drain marinade from meat and set marinade aside.
Place 1 tbsp oil in wok and add meat into wok and stir until browned.
Add back vegetables back to wok and pour bouillon & 1/3 to 1/2 of soy sauce mixtures over meat and vegetables.
Reduce heat to 225º and simmer until stir-fry is thick. Serve over Rice
