Ingredients:

Directions:
In a large bowl mix the banana, eggs, water, oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger until all is well mixed. Then add the dry cake mix. Mix well but don't over beat. Spray 2 large loaf pans or several mini loaf pans with your favorite cooking spray (I like the Pam Baking spray. It has flour in it). Then cut parchment paper for the bottom of all the pans and place in the bottom of each pan. Fill each pan 2/3 to 3/4 full of the cake mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove bread from the pans immediately after coming out of the oven and place on a cooling rack. You can dust them with powdered sugar or mix a powdered sugar glaze to put on the top when cooled.

Personal Notes:
Mom use to make bunches of the mini loaves at Christmas for the "boys" at the church. Those little sailors thought they died and went to heaven when they got sweets and they loved Mom's banana bread.
