1 large pkg. Pecan bits 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese 2 small jars Old English Cheese 1 small jar Roca Bleu Cheese 1 dash Garlic powder 2 Green onions chopped finely
Let all cheeses come to room temperature. Mix all cheeses together with garlic powder and green onions. Place in refrigerator approximately two to three hours to firm up. Shape into 3 medium balls and roll in pecans. (Can be frozen)
