1 large pkg. Pecan bits
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 small jars Old English Cheese
1 small jar Roca Bleu Cheese
1 dash Garlic powder
2 Green onions chopped finely
Directions:
Directions:
Let all cheeses come to room temperature. Mix all cheeses together with garlic powder and green onions. Place in refrigerator approximately two to three hours to firm up. Shape into 3 medium balls and roll in pecans.
(Can be frozen)
